Love my ramps!

Featured Replies

Made my job of removing front bumper for access a lot easier. Got these off freecycle and each one is real solid, and HEAVY! Nice slot in them too for the tyre to securely sit. I just need tmber bits to help me get up them without scraping the splitter.....

Today's job was bumper off to re-glue the mesh back in with some black foul stuff, and remove the offside headlight to check the sidelight fitting and retrieve a bulb which fell out when fitted.....

google it. Local groups where people offer up crap they don't want. Usually it is 99% load of crap, but occasionally the odd gem like these ramps surfaces.

One of the two below is probably your nearest group.

Just realised the offcut of new carpet also came from local freecycle in Exmouth :D Ideal for lying on when working on my car :D

A website where people swap/offer stuff for free. My uncle uses it a fair bit, gets some decent stuff quite often! As is the case here

keep getting a bad gateway page whatever one of those is LOL

They look really nifty. Last year I picked up a pair of metal ramps from a local boot fair, £3. Have re-painted and used a few times but they seem to be a little awkward to drive onto and tend to catch the base area of pick up bumper. However can't moan for that price.
