Anyone know how much the 17" Gigaro alloy wheels weigh?

they are heavy like. heavier than steelies. 20kg each sounds a lot though!

You can but I want to be able to put down better times. Looking at buying a couple of Semi Slicks for the front but don't want to change the tyre everytime I go so thinking I will get x2 new wheels too. Might as well make them as light as poss

I know someone weighed there's because they swapped them for 18" wheels. Was one of ze Germans but I can't remember his name. :think:

I have the figure 11.5kg without the tyre in my mind though....

10.49 kg's without weights, tyre or anything on them at all (well, except for the paint).

Team Dynamics 1.2 weigh at low 7, oz alleggerita in the same size (7*17) weighs low 6.

Myself will be using 15" rims which weigh 6 kg exactly, lighter tyres along with that they are grippier is very nice .

steel wheels?
