i have just had my vrs remapped, it ran spot on for a few miles and now it wont boost over 5 psi. i have scanned it and get 2 problems.

1, pressure too low check dump valve

2, n249 valve malfunction

i dont know what caused this to happen since the remap

What dump valve is on it? Have you checked the pipes for the valve? Mind you my dump valve pipe often pops off but never get a fault code?

I'd take it back to the remapper if this has happened right after a remap. Any remapper worth their salt should check the car thoroughly before and after the map (preferably on rollers) looking for any potential problems with the pipework, N75, MAF etc not just dump the map on it and let you drive off

ive just spoke to the remapper and he said to take it down for him to checkit out.

i did however find a split breather hose on the underneith of the inlet manifold, i have replaced it but still wont boost. dv looks fine and all the pipes do too but still getting this error code

17705

pressure drop between turbo and throttle valve (check d.v!)
