312 + 247 brake price? And worth it?

Featured Replies

Hi,

Quick question, what is the average price for 312 + 247 setup? Off a Audi TT? Will have discs and pads but used.

Also is it a good improvement over standard?

What discs and pads would you recommend?

Thanks.

Rears are 256, not 247. ;)

Another option would be do the fronts and see how you get on, Considering the rears don't do much work fitting 256's is more for aesthetics than performance, Unless you're running big power!

I have the full setup mate,

Love the feeling.

I found the rear stays planted more, the std setup seemed to dive fwd and go light at the rear, also didnt slow as hard as the 312's.  You wont regret doing them all mate, if its the setup off the 4x4 I think youll need a spacer for the rear carrier? someone else will be able to varify it mate.

A Full rear 256 Setupoff a 4 wheel drive car won't fit without fabrication, some sort of bracket is needed.

I just put the 4 wheel drive 256 caliper and carrier on, but used the old disc size!

4 wheel drive setup won't fit as far as I'm aware, spacing it doesn't work
