Beige Carpet Mats for 2011 Octavia.

Featured Replies

Hi all.

I've just purchased a 2011 Skoda Octavia 1.4TSI Elegance and I am chuffed to bits. It has a Beige Onyx interior, but doesn't have any floor mats. On searching Ebay there are plenty in Beige that cover 2004-2008, would these fit?

If not where could I get some from? I'm based in the UK by the way.

Yes, they should fit.

The MkI Octavia was phased out and the MkII was phased in during 2004.

Your 2011 Octavia is still the MkII but is often referred to as the facelift.

Importantly the floorpan of the MkII pre-facelift and your MkII facelift are identical so any floor mats advertised to fit a 2004 onwards Octavia will fit your car.

The one thing you should be aware of though is the very early MkII rear floor mats came with fixing studs (2004-2007), these were phased out in 2007 and the underside of the mats instead were given a rough underside which was used to hold them in place instead of the fixing studs so make sure you source some without the holes for the fixing studs.

I need to buy some car mats for my 2008 vrs octavia, been looking up and it seems I have floor studs in it ? im a bit confused as I have found floor stud and twist fitting mats for the vrs, the studs don't move and have a groove in the side is this car a 2004-2007 model registard in 2008 and which mats do I need ? many thanks if you could help with advice.

I'm not fully understanding your post.

If your vRS is a 2008 model it shouldn't have any form of fixings for the rear mats, however it could well be a 2007 model registered in 2008 and therefore have the fixings - you are right on the cross over period where the rear fixings were removed.

Are there any fixings attached to the carpet in the rear footwells? If so you need mats with the holes in them. If you don't then you will be better off with mats without the holes in.

As mentioned above any floormats for a 2004 and onwards Octavia will fit in terms of dimensions - you just need to find out if your car has the fixings or not...

sorry for my confusing posting, the rear has no fixings but the front has what looks like studs, they have grooves in the side so I assume they are stud fixings, the only place I can find genuine VRS mats is on E-bay and I don't want to buy the wrong ones.
