Mk1 Octavia VRS High Flow Cast Manifold

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

Ive got a manifold that i removed from my car when changing the turbo. It is a high flow manifold and is much larger than standard. I removed this as it created a bit more noise when on boost and i wanted to keep my car a bit more low key. (Never detuned a car in my life)

The item is in erfect working order and is a direct replacement to the VRS.

I believe that this is a THS manifold which can be found here http://www.fr-rtuning-shop.co.uk/index.php?_a=product&product_id=1844

Item is located in Leyland, Lancashire and can be collected or posted by courier

Im looking for £100 for this or nearest offer.

Did it make much differance, not to botherd about noise as i have a jabba induction kit anyway so it sounds like glovebox is been sucked into engine bay

It seemed to improve low down torque a lot and I'm sure more could be had if mapped to the car as well

Would you need a down pipe aswell?

nah this was bolted to the standard downpipe of my car. Just seems to have larger bores on the engine side and more rounded. Its much larger than a standard manifold when i put it next to the standard one i fitted back to my car.
