Right,

Looks like I will be replacing my clutch very soon, 90k on orignal and now starting to slip a little, so is there anything else that can be done at the same time to save a few pennies ?

Also, roughly how long should a clutch take to fit for a very compatent mechanic ?

flywheel is a must. seems silly not to do it at the same time as it'll cost no extra in labour

also I was told around 6 hours. although I did mine myself in 2 days!! mainly as I was being cautious being my first time on this car

Flywheel.

Changed my clutch Monday and at the last minute I went & bought a flywheel, mechanic said good job I did as it was wobbly and had burn marks on it.
