bolero sd hc card issues.

Featured Replies

Hi there, I have just changed my 2002 Octavia vRS for a 2010 Octavia vRS and I am having a few head scratching issues with the Bolero SD part of the stereo. I have a 16GB class 10 sdhc card, with roughly 6GB of music on, that struggles to read in my Octavia but will read ok in my brother-in-laws 2011 Octavia vRS and my sisters 2011 Fabia vRS. Was there a software change or something in the stereos in 2011 or is it simply a dodgy stereo in my car. It's still under warranty so if it''s the latter obviously I want to get it fixed by the dealer if possible. Many Thanks in advance

Hello Chris and welcome along

I seem to recall some people having issues whereas others didn't, size of card seemed important, I have a 4gb which is plenty for me so I've never explored further but in your case as it's still under warranty get it back to the dealer and let them sort it out
