When trying to update the map data on my 2017 Amundsen MIB2 infotainment unit (no cd reader) I stupidly reformatted the sd card before checking that the 2026 map data fits on that card. I now have a Skoda SD card (16gb) with no map data that fits on it.

Does anyone still have the 2017/18 map data on a 16gb SD card which they could copy and send to me? I can only find 2024 and upwards online which is still too large.

The latest available map data for a 2017 MIB2 will be the 2022 map as they were only updated for five years. I had the same issue with my 2015 Rapids MIB2.

You could try www.satnavishop.co.uk which is where I got my 2020 map from.

I had that problem and just deleted a lot of the countries I would never visit.

The solution is that you get the latest European maps on a 32G SD Card - you are looking for part: 5L0051236AD or ED

That's simply not true...

Rather than use the full Europe data, choose one of the subsets that best match you usage. ECE 1, 5 and 6 all contain the UK

Yes - I agree with @langers2k ; if you stick with the 16G card, download ECE Zone 6 which should hopefully cover everything you need.
