White on Black..

Featured Replies

I was expecting this to look a pile of dog; and then have an excuse to powdercoat it . It turned out nice though not show standards, considering the lack of preparation/effort involved I would try it again haha.

There's no reason it wouldn't look good at this stage (excluding overspray). The test is after they've done a few 100 miles. I'd be worried they'll chip heavily. good luck!!

Yeah so after a week.......... stupid dirty! I may attack it with another coat of a different colour when i get bored of dirty white...............

I am never a fan of black wheels on a black car, but I do like white on black as well as black on a white car. However, I have heard a bit like the black paintwork, white wheels shows the muck up, so you'll be washing them a lot.

Has anyone seen a new product from foliate? It is a spray on vinyl type film for wheels. Change the colour of the wheels, then if you don't like it, you can pull it off.

Hello.. Forgot about this thread lol, er I'll try get a side on pic shortly. Paints been fine, I did put some heat behind the wheels so its a little dirty, but easily wiped off which was surprising. :)

Ha ha no worries!

Nice.. I've been eager to see how this will turn out so photos will be great.. I can imagine they will need a fair amount of cleaning :p
