Basically this is what happened in a nutshell.

Bought car, 5 weeks in breaks, new gearbox mechatronics (5 weeks to repair), left with no fuel when left it with quarter of a tank (during "fuel crisis"), courtrsy car company didn't show up to go through damage report off hire, they only returned £13 from £75 deposit.

Skoda have offered a good will gesture, I asked for Columbus, they said no to that.

I don't see why I should buy a £15,000 fabia vrs for it to break within the first 5 weeks of ownership, then for it to take 5 weeks to repair, then to be left with no fuel and to top it off get screwed by courtesy car company. For them to say that an item that's 10% of the value of what I bought is too much. How should I deal with this? Especially the hire car company? They said they would meet me 4:00pm on the Friday of collection and didn't show up,I had to trust them to pick it up from the repairing garage themselves then this all happens.

What have Customer Services offered?

They told me to think what I wanted I said Columbus, went by 10% of total value. They said they couldnt do that so have to come up with something else. I don't see why I should, it's been a complete utter farse! And I at one point was considering car rejection.

Contact Skoda's head office. Outline the inconvenience, theft of fuel, etc.
