Hi I have an Octavia 2011 obviously the speed dial and everything else is in mpg,mph etc. apart from the speed at the bottom of the multi-functional indicator that is in Km. When I read the manual it looks as though it can be changed to mph but I cant see how! Anyone know?.........Pete

You need vcds and configure it to Austrailian I believe. It's there in kph as that isn't shown on the speedo and it is legal requirement to show.

If you try a search it's well covered. You as a user cannot change it due to legislation which says kmh must be displayed along with mph on the dash. However is can be changed by switching the coding in the control unit with VCDS.

As above, switch settings to Australian. You can then select a nice large mph readout in the main display. Works a treat.

Had a quick look there

Can change units to MPG which changes some mfd display.

I can have BIG KPH and flick up on the stalk give me small mph

Was certain I had both it large numbers..
