Unless I'm out of date, the workshop manual doesn't mention renewing the head bolts on the 1.4 MPi.  It was mentioned to me some years ago by a Skoda representative that alot of dealers would have their claims for replacement cars denied, because they were waiting for back ordered head bolts, when in fact they didn't have to be renewed.

No, your not out of date - it's me. I miskeyed OPs VIN and looked up the wrong engine.
