I have noticed in the new price list the Scout and all 4X4 octy's or from stock only..You cannot order a specified one. Must be a new model or are being no longer produced.

Yes, it was on a couple of threads a few weeks back; around 20 variations are no longer available iirc

Looks as though they'll be concentrating upon the Yeti and the 'big brother' of both Octy Scout and 4x4 versions....

The only reason they have stopped orders on the Octy Scout is due to the long lead times (9+ months).

As the Octavia MkIII is due later this year they need to clear capacity in the plant.

The left hand drive Scout is still available to order, it's only the lower volume right hand drive models that are being discontinued.

I'm fairly sure a RHD Octavia Scout MkIII will appear sometime after the initial launch, as will a vRS version. These models usually follow a year or so after the launch.

If you want a brand new Octavia Scout then buy now (and pay even more of a premium!).

The Superb Scout above has been available for some time (from a specialised private company). There are a few threads over on the Superb forum suggesting the official version will be available to preview in Norway three months from now.
