Idiots!

Featured Replies

Just found out that some 'PLANK' that had the fabia before me has screwed the rear exhaust heat shield on from underneath with 2 'extra long' screws, that have subsequently punctured the spare tyre!!! .... Arrrrgghhh!! :wall:

That could only be made better by discovering this when you need the spare tyre :)

Did anybody else see the word "Idiots!" and think it applied to them xD

I'm currently undoing a lot of horrendous injustice that was done to my poor Fabia too.

She's got a few war wounds bless her but she's in safe hands now :3.

Nothing better than knowing that you've saved something from a horrible fate =D

Actually, i'm going to check my spare now and make sure they've not had the same cracking idea

Luckily for me (or not?).. I was checking all the tyre pressures when I noticed. Oh well, a new tyre and some remedial action on the spare wheel compartment I suppose!

Some one once did that to my Stepdad's old Cavalier or something similar when I was about 8.

It was awesome on rainy days because I could watch the foot well pool up with water. I had a little pet Wotsit that i'd 'accidently' dropped once and it would float all over the place.

Easily amused

Enjoy finding all the other bodged jobs on it now then!

I'm sure I will! ;)

i spent half a day pulling random wires out of my engine bay the other week, no idea why most of them were in there... also went to fit the new handbrake cables and braided hoses that came with the car to find out they are not for my car.... p155ed off after just whipping the old cables off and a brake pipe!! suppose i should have examined them first!!
