Well, after 22 fantastic years serving queen and country (Army), my career has come to an end. Got myself a new job starting Monday with HM Recovery and quite looking forward to it. My job for the last 22 years has been heavy vehicle/armoured vehicle recovery.....

Also have:

City & Guilds engines and chassis components

City and guilds light and heavy vehicle recovery

City and guilds mobile air conditioning/refrigeration

F-gas certified

Construction skills Air conditioning/refrigeration

stick a CV into WoodGroup or Petrofac, both could get you a start offshore if its something you are interested in, both are keen on ex forces personnel as they know they are used to working away from home !!!

When my turbo went a few years back, the AA guy that came to pick up the car was ex-forces who i think had been a chef in his time in Afghan.

Well, I haven't actually started it yet. You never know, I might enjoy it too much to give it up, but it's good to keep an open mind.
