My wife wants a polo 1.4 petrol or diesel, but having trouble finding one we like!!! but I have found a very nice 57 fabia 3 1.6 16v with 12,000 fsh , 1 owner for £5400 from a garage. Is there any issues with these I should know about? lol

Wish I'd bought a Fabia 3 'cos it has cruise and a few other gagets more than my Fabia 2 1.6 petrol. I get around 42 mpg, total reliability, comfort for 4 adults and love it so much that we now have 5 Fabias in our family.

Price seems about right - just do the usual checks on HPI and any crash damage repairs and you will be able to report back on your enjoyment of the car soon.

By the way, this question should be on the 'Fabia 2' section for maximum effect.
