anyone who has the fl octy vrs can tell me where the horns are placed? i know the normal fl octy has the horns behind the front bumper,

what about the vrs? is it placed in the same place as the standard octy?

The VRS horns are very high pitched (I take it there are 2?).

Are there any good, loud replacements that have a bit lower tone?

Go to a car dealer and blow a few horns in their cars and take note of the sound ?
