Today on my travels I saw a pure white fabia on a 2011 and I fort it looked awesome...

How easy will it be to spray my wing mirrors gloss black. Oppose to the standard matt black and what will I need?

the mirror caps come off easily. u need to take the plastic surround off first. needs to be primed first. i took mine to a body shop.

or u can vinyl wrap them

I normally jet wash the car how well would the vinyl hold up?

Super easy to paint once you've got them off. Just needs a light sand, grey primer coat, colour coat and then a gloss coat to finish. Shouldn't cost more than about £20 for the bits.

Vinyl wrap will survive a jet wash easy. They wrap entire vans in the stuff and then take them through automatic washers.

Seen people spray them be for I suppose I have nothing to lose really a trip to Halfords on Friday May be in order

It wasn't cuz it was white it was more that all paint work was gloss and all the same colour lol

sounds like you have the basic 's' or '1' trim. it might be worth asking some bodyshops for prices as it might only be a few quid more and save all the hassle/time/mess

Yeah I've got the basic '1' insurance was about 4k on a vrs lol

Have a look on youtube and find some videos on painting, it'll help you learn the basics.

Can anyone photoshop a picture.  Would like to see an 'all white one'

Needs the rub strips painted white IMO.
