What car should I buy and use to complete the Supercar race in professional events, any sugestions?.

This is the last event in pro I need to complete to do the GT championship at the bottom, I have already completed the beginer events.

I dont have an F1 car unfortunatly, but I have several modified supercars. BUT the event requires unmodified cars.

I was going to use the Impreza SuperTouring Car that you get for winning the Star of Pleiades? Cup in the Subaru Events bit, but then I see that its up against Gt cars, so don't think its quite powerful enough...

Thats the problem, all the cars I have are left for dust by those GT cars. I tried a ford GT car but its to slow in its unmodified form, it can keep up with the back enders, but its not fast enough to win. As its not possible to enter this competition with a modified car I need something a lot faster as standard.

f1 car or a merc will do it

I've just had a look back through my diary - the car I purchased just before competing was the Gilet Vertigo - a favourite from GT3. It's not that expensive and it flies.

The best car to do alot of the early races is a Camaro LM Race car, you win it quite early on, with a few mods it gets upto 900 odd bhp and handles brilliantly.

For unmodified races use either the TVR Cerbera or Honda NSX-R, oddly enough I used a TVR Speed 12, stuck a supercharger on it 1000 bhp and you can still enter it as a non modded car, same as the NSX, thats running stg 4 turbo but can run in just about anything on road/sport tyres.

ive tried running my 900bhp 350z racing thing:) against them but the others just pull away no probs

I just purchased the Cerbera Speed12 and whacked the supercharger on, 1082BHP. Managed to win the 1st few races, but it cant keep up in the later races because the low down grunt is missing. She flies down the straight but loses it all again in the twisties.

I'll try another car after my B-Spec'd 1000 mile championship completes giving me loads of dosh. I didnt realise that 25 laps of the ring would take so long, even sped upto x3 on the game speed. Then the 95 lap race, left it doing the 99 lap race when I left for work.

Doing this in the E-Type jag one after completing another european championship.

Sorry don't get on during the day, the Gilet is Belgian. It's fast to start with but can be easily tuned to 900bhp and it only weighs as much as a bag of chips

I have now finished the supercar competition, any sugestions on which car to use to complete the last one in professional at the very bottom.

I used the Pescarola Playstation c60 - stage 4 turbo (1000+bhp) for some courses and super hard racing tyres. Had a bit of trouble with the Nissan r92 race car which is very quick - but the super hard tyres mean that you don't have to pit in any race and as long as you stay within about 20 seconds of the Nissan you should pass while he's in the pits.
