Brake advise needed please

Featured Replies

I have to get a new set of front pads ( for octy vRS) & I have foud on the odd occasion the brakes seem to the week link when 'pressing on'

I am going to try uprated pads, but am not sure if I should get front & rear uprated pads or just the fronts, can anyone tell me if using uprated pads on front & std on rear is ok or just a stoopid idea?

After looking through various threads on here I think I am going to give the Ferodo DS2500 a try (So thanks to all those who said they are the ones to go for :) ), can anyone reccomend a supplier for these?

Demon tweakes do them for

As long as you change in pairs it doesnt matter which way around you do it. I changed to DS2500's over a year ago and they are hardly gone. Got mine from DT, where we get a 10% discount. Was cheapest at the time, but times change, so check around. Make sure you order the right ones though as the part numbers can be slightly confusing (IIRC).

Talk to Dave Poole at Demon Tweeks..he's out contact point....to get your Briskoda discount.

I believe his contact details are somewhere.
