Netbook speed - why is it so slow?

a bit of software I have used for years now is Tuneup utilities, it's a paid for item but there is a free trial version. I use the latest version of Kaspersky and Malwarebytes for the odd scan and that picks up bits of malware and bloatware that can get missed.

You could always run chkdsk and empty any browsers temp files etc and run disk clean up and a defrag.
