I not shaw about the Fabia I think everyone uses the same one for Octavia and Fabia best thing to do I ask in the tech section someone will know

If its the std black splitter then yes they fit, with just a slight bit if trimming, easy job, and a fee fixing screws. Populat mod for the fabia and octavia
