Fuel cap wont click shut

Featured Replies

I put some diesel in my vrs the other day and noticed my fuel cap wouldn't click shut.

I've tried locking and unlocking the car, pulling the fuel cap opener lever a few times and also tried giving it a bit of a bang to close it but none of them seemed to work. Has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas to why it wont close properly? Ive never had this problem before.

Help much appreciated, thanks.

Common issue. Happened to me the other day.

Works like a charm. Just pull it out and put it back in.

Cheers, mate
