Soon to be (company car) estate owner

Featured Replies

Should be getting my Elegance Greenline II Estate in the next couple of weeks. Really looking forward to it. I've had a 320d Tourer for last 3 years. Great performance but somewhat lacking in the practicality department. I think I might miss the acceleration of the BMW, so it will take some getting used to that I guess.

However, as a 6 foot 5 bloke, having all the leg room behind my seat will be great for my passengers. Also, being able to fit more than a packet of chewing gum in the boot will be a huge bonus.

I've gone for white with black interior, and all the extras apart from the electric boot. Not really sure why I didn't go for that option - it didn't make much difference to the lease quote. It just seemed a bit silly. I had an RX300 years ago with an electric boot and it was just a bit slow to be useful.

I really hope the stereo will sound good with reasonable bass. The car is one of the few environments where I can listen to 'my' music at a decent volume.

Photos please when it arrives. I'm also looking at white with black interior and also thinking the electric hatch is a bit pointless.

Nice combo birket - I can advise that the white with black works very well, and IMO the white accentuates the length of the car.

Black interior looks good - I have SE spec and it's a nice place to be.
