Morning.. Just removed my top dash box to put a power feed for my satnav and found this loose behind it. It looks like it plugs into the air vent ducting .... Can anyone tell me what it is and does??

Thanks Russ.. ... is it possible that this being loose would stop the aircon activating?? I have the budget version... just a trusty a/c button!!

Shouldn't do, you just need to find the hole in the ducting it came out of and push it back in, possibly with a twist to lock it, iirc.

I found the same thing when I removed my top box!

There are two of those, as said look for the holes in the ducting and push them back in.

Ahhh good shout i was going to post this up as i too have it layong around in the dash lol, need to find were it came from as the aircon isnt adjusting temp properly like it used too and i suspect its this.

Does anyone know were this goes?? i cant find it.

Its cool found it, was right down the ducting, and with the Dension fitted was damn tight get it in sorted though
