Featured Replies

Well that looks like it lads, I am definitely going to sell the Fabia.

I've just broke the news to my parents that I'm moving out, and when I told them, they asked me where I was moving. So I told them - and for anyone who's interested, if you know the area, I am moving to the Cowgate area of Newcastle.

Thats when my dad said to me: Whats the point in having a car thats costing

Paul I think you've made the right and most sensible choice :)

I will soon be in your situation... we'l see how things pan out though :(

Your not leaving here I hope though

I dont think I'll go away... I can still see me enjoying coming here even without owning a Skoda! :)

Shame you have to sell, but completely understandable. I bought my Furby to save money, and to feel safer driving on the M4/A34 on a daily basis. It is doing a fine job :)

It will not only save you money but also the hassle and worry of someone keying it. Hope you get a really good price for it, I'd get your dad to buy it if he's serious about that offer, then you may be able to take it for a spin every once in a while :D

Paul, ditto to that. Think you've probably made the right decision. Good luck with the move aswell.

Might be selling the Pug shortly if you're interested :D

Good luck with the move, hopefully if the new Furby is out in 2008 ( rumour). you may be able to get 1.

no need to leave as you can keep up to date with events till you acquire another Skoda.

Good Luck Paul, stick around even if you haven't got the furby! Car's come and go there will be another one when it's best for you.

I'm living in the "posh" bit... just off Stamfordham Road, more in the direction of Blakelaw... its not that bad actually. The main bit of Cowgate is well dodgy though I agree...

LMAO. It is funny to think that dads have the tallent of coming up with a great idea, that doesn't benefit you, then make you think that it is a great idea too  :D

But it does benefit me really, because instead of having

Not to mention that you won't have to fret over why it's losing so much oil ;)

And a sensible choice, by the way

Not to mention that you won't have to fret over why it's losing so much oil ;)

Or why the seat creaks. Or why it rarely seems to hit 40 MPG... etc. ;)

Can I give you my sons' email addresses so that you can talk them through moving out too?! Joking aside, all the best with your new found independence.
