Replace suspension mounts?

Featured Replies

My Bilstein B12 kit is winging its way from Germany so will be getting fitted soon.

Car is 59 plate 2009 with 37K on the clock.

Should I be replacing the top mounts with the suspension?

How much should they cost? Looking on eBay, there are some for around £18 a set and others for £46 each - or should I just be going to the dealers?

The £46 ones;

Just as cheap as which, £18 or £45 a side? £45 a side seems expensive "just in case they are needed"...

£45 is a tad expensive for one!

i was £25 for one side (mount and bearing)

I would also throw on some drop links and arb bushes on whilst its in bits. As it highlighted these when dropped.

What's ballpark prices for those bits?

I paid about £20 a drop link, haven't done arb bushes yet as I may just up rate both arb's instead.

I have been using these for a couple of years, great service from the seller and very good value.

Ebay item #350483009856 sorry I don't know how to post a link

(droplinks).
