I have owned my fabia vrs for just over a week and I am loving every minute of it . But the one thing that I have noticed is that under acceleration the dash seems to make a vibrating noise and also when I start the car up the engine seems to rock a little so am I right in thinking maybe it is the engine mounts ? Hi & welcome to the site. Ours tends to rock a little on start up & has a bit of a lumpy tick over, but 3 years/33k has proved it to be no real problem. We also get an annoying vibration around the mid area of the dash, but not all the time. Couldn't face pulling the dash out etc so have just learnt to live with it. Cheers.

When any engine starts you get vibration, more so on a diesel.
