Apparently according to Viezu

"the flash counter increasing can only be an indication of a new file or update being flashed on there - so if your dealer brings that up it should be fought tooth and nail (!) it's far from conclusive. Plus if the Ecu has the capability, Viezu put a negative flash value on when writing"

i was questioning them about flash counters on the ECU.

At least on FL models, I can see how many times the Flash has been attempted/upgraded successfull
