First time this year i have wanted and needed to use air con AND.... and No luck Nothing, checked Gas fully topped up...

So i have checked to see if my air con pump clutch is still attached (as they have been known to fall off), it appears so, checked RPM signal on Climtronic and it says 0 RPM

Someone mentioned see if when i engage the aircon button if the fans start up, they do not

I was curious if there is a relay for the aircon, or a control unit and where it located

any ideas?

There's a control box underneath the battery that contols the fans and the ac compressor. It could be that that's lost power, or is goosed, causing the fans and compressor not to run.

Ahhh, the bolts holing that in place are rotten and fubar'd, so will have to ask my mate to remove them carefully so i can put new bolts and check it.... are the control units all the same ? anyone know what part number etc

also the cable which runs down to the aircon compressor to engage the clutch can become brittle over time and fail.

Does anyone know if that is the right part i have found? also can i remove the unit without unbolting the bracket (due to bracket bolts being fubar'd)
