hello all i have got hex ,v2 wire and installed latest rossteck 20.2 program but can't communicate with car it says tyr usb1 usb2 usb3 usb4 i did all these cant find interface error pop up what i am doing wrong thanks

Is it a genuine Ross-Tech cable? If not, it's unlikely to work. If it is, you have to go into the Options menu the first time you use it to check and confirm the interface is connected to the software.

its not original cable but i use to use on audi a4 b7 never had any connection problems do you think i need genuine cable? also how much there wires thanks 

Cloned cables won't work with the official Ross-Tech software. Your only chance of getting it to work is with the cracked software it came with.
