My friend is currently in a help for heroes home after returning from afghanistan. I think its worthwhile to note they don't just help soldiers who have lost limbs or 'gone off the deep end'. They are currently helping him to readjust to civilian life with some great stuff like teaching him to cook! He really talks positively about it so i think its money well spent.
