I've only just bought the Skoda, deciding that it was probably a more sensible option than an Alfa 159 Sportwagon. A couple of things I'm looking for:

1. What type of spare wheel is normally supplied ? It's missing on this car.

2. Where's the best source of an O/S/F foglight ? Usual broken glass.

Pretty sure you don't get a spare wheel as standard

My '08 CR170 vRS has a spare wheel. TBH I haven't checked the size but guess it's a space-saver. I'll check tomorrow.

This car did originally have a spare wheel - there are scuff marks in the wheel well, and the circular holder for the jack and tools which usually sits in the centre of the spare wheel is still in the well. I thought I read somewhere that this car takes a normal size spare wheel.

my 09 has a 16" steel wheel with a 205/55/16 tyre

Someone should be biting his hand off for that. what makes me laugh is that they have a 50mph limit on it, it's full size (205) tyre FFS. it's not like the rubber band ones you see sometimes that deffo need a low 'limit' on them.
