or should i just go for standard mintex discs and pads all round and save myself bait of money ? cheers

what oil is best for the pd engine i have found out from many retailers that they advise 5w30 and also on my dads car data base at work it tells me the same but when i have read some comments on this website people have chosen 5w40 so what should i do ? cheers

For the oil, more important than viscosity is that it meets or exceeds the correct standard for PD engines. As fro the brakes, are you happy with the setup at the moment? If so, just get good quality OE pads and disks to fit.

This oil I have got is Millers XF LONG LIFE 5w30 and it is down on the second list on the link so I guess it is well suited for the job ?

And yes the brakes at the minute are very good so I guess just replacing them with a standard disc and pads will be adequate was just wondering if any one try's other setups cheers
