Is this suspiciously cheap?

What's the Cordoba like? I saw one one on autotrader and didn't take a lot of notice as I'd never heard of it  It's bigger than I want really but am still considering anything.

Also, the Seat in the links I posted had the cam belt done at 63k. The car had another service recently just after 120k but they didn't do the belt again. Should they have done? I was always under the impression it was to be done at regular intervals, whatever they may be. The guy was going to find out for me but I haven't heard yet. I won't be able to afford it if it goes up much more as I won't have £300 to fork out for a belt change.

Cordoba is a SEAT Ibiza with a boot on the back.

60k or 4 years for the belt, which ever comes first.

Yes but what about after that? Is it every 60k or 4 years? So it should be done again at 120?

Yes, mines on its third belt

The guy rang Skoda today and they told him 134,817miles or 13/02/13, very specific! But at least it won't be immeadiate. He sounds pretty genuine so hopefully it won'y go up too much and this time tomorrow I'll have a car

...and being illegal

To answer the thread topic though - yes it does. steer clear.

How come dude ?

*edit*Just read never realised it was not approved. Sorry for wrong info. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It's actually really nice. As said a few posts back it is actually just an Ibiza with a big boot (485 litres). It has exactly the same underpinnings as a Polo/Fabia/Ibiza but just a slightly longer rear end. Reversing can be interesting due to the reduced view out the back but never bothered me and I've fitted parking sensors which has helped greatly.

It also has a very slightly lower drag coefficient than an Ibiza/Fabia/Polo. I'm guessing due to the longer boot and curved rear window.
