Cleaning the Radiator

Featured Replies

So, i managed to get out between the showers and clean last weeks 6 billion dead flies off the car, and filled the windscreen wash.

Couldnt help but notice though there are another 6 billion dead flies stuck in and on the fins of the radiator.

Whats the easiest way to clean these off? have my doubts that a soft brush will get them off..

I use a jet washer for that task, although it doesn't give 100% result. Of course I do it very carefully not to... you know what :) (and don't even think of using a 'turbo nozzle').

I used a carpet brush with very good results

i was thinkin more along the line of a good foam/spray on cleaner to take off the flies, and shine it all up a bit. without needing alot of effort. if it takes a lot of scrubbing to clean it down, ill get over exuberent and bend something important....
