Looks like autotrader is wrong, it starts at £15995, which is a special edition with Sat Nav and DAB, not badly priced.

Shame it looks like a cup cake cross with Winnie the Pooh, oh the 1.6 petrol is 153 g/km

Not a bad looking thing, but that 1.6 petrol lump is probably out of an old Astra from looking at those emissions :giggle:

ESP as standard, looks like Vauxhall have been reading this forum :bandit:

Shouldn't this thread be in General Chat? nothing to do with the Yeti in it.

yes

Look like a Cashcow on steroids!!

When you try the configurator the price vs spec doesn't look too bad.

Main problem with Vauxhall's are the horrendous depreciation.

I personally think they try too hard with the chrome work without adding any classyness and

the interiors are a bit down market and bland. Never looks like a good finish / build quality.

Last visit to a dealer was offered a £22k Zafira for £17 which on exit was told 'we can better that'.

Probably worth £9500k trade in 12 months later...a real bargain I don't think.

Can't think of any cars that aren't overpriced right now. Depreciation is absolutely catastrophic on new cars.

That Vx looks like some other ugly lumpy little 4x4 but I can't dredge up the name right now.

SWMBO looked at a new Astra before she got the 116i. They were astonishingly boring cars to sit in.

100k warranty is not bad but unlike Kia it's not transferable and only really covers the engine/gearbox after 3yr.

If you look at all the different warranties, guarantee's etc they are all the same, they all only cover the same things, albeit with disguised phraseing. You still have to get the service book stamped by a " dealer ", and if they find a nut or bolt touched by someone else, it's all over.

The same goes for any kind of insurance, you havce to have it, but look out when you try to make a claim.
