Swap Dance for Amundsen, is it possible?

I'd like to upgrade the Dance stereo in my 2009 Fabia and would prefer to stick with an OEM unit. Would it be possible to fit an Amundsen unit from a current Fabia?

Would a CAN bus upgrade or VCDS work be required?
