You might like to know that Lidl have roof bars which fit the Superb Estate @ £27.00. I got a pair and they seem well made.

Toying with the idea of getting a roof box and selling the trailer. That price makes the argument for a roofbox somewhat stronger!

Got a pair today.

They are 120cm long anodised aluminium roof bars, oval cross section with a black (hard rubber/nylon??) insert on the top edge. Look a lot like the Thule aero bars

They are rated at 90kg and are lockable (two keys supplied).

They come with a 3 year warranty.

European made and look well put together and well made.

I got a pair from Lidl in Wilmslow Summerfields yesterday. They had 8 or so left. I hope they are ok. I pick up my Superb on Friday....27quid is a bargain.

For £27 seems like a good purchase, always handy to have
