cruise control problem

Hi all,

I've just fitted an IMMO removed shark remapped ecu to my 02 plate vrs and am loving the extra power/torque however I have noticed hat cruise control has stopped working. I suspect its something to do with the remap and wondered if the CC needs reinstating via vag com, I've checked both ecu plugs and they're in tight. many thanks in advance.

The configuration for the CC is in the ECU. If you've swapped the ECU, then you will need to enable it in this ECU with VCDS

looking to see if i can get suggestions on how to "activate" by retrofitted SLA headlights. essentially i'm getting an "cornering light (AFS)" error, meaning the high beam fancy masking/patterns (rollers) aren't working, let alone the shutters (HBA on/off). vcds autoscans show 2 faults in module 4B, saying the controllers are "Not coded". it looks like we need to upload (via ODIS/VCP) some parameters to the 4B module, telling it's now got SLA and how to use it. not sur

Found this absolute nugget of data by accident: 2026 SDSs for lots of suppliers For anyone not familiar, Section 3 has the key active (aka dangerous) ingredients, Section 9 has the properties such as pH, look, scent, boiling point etc

Hello people, I got a 2011, VRS a few days ago. Primarily for a long trip. Seems decent so far, but I want to add power, music and just get things working. I have a few issues/questions. Hoping these are common and easy for experienced here, I have been trawling forum, maybe I have missed some stuff. The head unit did not display. The touch screen worked but there was no display. Hi .As the title really,no air comes through the face vents despite trying a recalibration several times. Is this something an interactive ( right description?) code reader can check? If the flap actuator has failed I shudder to think how inaccessible that might be! Thanks.
