Hi , my auto unlock stopeed working yesterday after i fitted cruise control. now when i get out the car i have to unlock using the fob. any ideas??? It used to unlock all doors once i took the key out of the ignition. VERY confused

It could be that when the coding was done for the cruise, something was done to the coding for the auto unlock. Do you have maxidot? If so you can check it and reset it using that. If not you will have to find someone with VCDS to have a look and check if there are any faults then reset it.

sounds like its been disabled during coding , did you use long coding?

Had this done today for the fault read. From what we looked at on the net we used the correct coding. Also when we had a look at the check boxes my auto unlock was ok... From the read below it shows something to do with Electrical Fault in Circuit.

Any ideas????
