Anti Roll Bars - Eibach or Whiteline

Featured Replies

My n/s/r ARB bush is starting to split, so I thought this would be a good time to put an uprated ARB onto the car if I have to go to the effort of taking the current one off to refresh.

I was going for Whiteline on the rear only due to cost and reputation, but I have an option to get a pair of Eibach ARBs for not much more money.

What would you do?

I have whiteline back and front and to be honest i wouldn't do the front again , Its a lot more work and really needs a ramp , from experience i would go with just the rear , or buy both and flog the front maybe.

Aside from the front fitting issues, is either one (Eibach/Whiteline) better than the other?

Would say it would be indistinguishable, have driven cars with both including the koni shocks and didn't notice tbh

I'd personally go for just the Whiteline rear.

Eibach is a 23mm rear and Whiteline is a 24mm rear arb. If they are the same construction (ie a solid bar) then you would expect that the whiteline item would be stiffer.

Also, the whiteline is adjustable so if you find its not to your liking you could tweak it.

I did the front on mk M1 octy after it had already run a RARB for many years, I spent a good couple of hundred and I noticed absolutely no difference. Rear is a great "bank for buck item" but the front is a waste of cash IMO

I went with the Whiteline on my MK2, very happy! (Came from DPM)
