Yup. ;) Comes off OK with just gentle teasing and some patience.

I'm getting mine removed by the dealer, he told me not to do it myself because of the risk of pulling off some paint with it if im not careful...at least if they damage it they fix :D

As far as colour coding goes, that's the advantage of having a black car :D

Sounds like bs to me...

Are they charging you to remove them? If so do it your self, i'd put money on no paint coming off. If there not charging you however, uve nothing to loose :D

If paint comes with them I'll eat my hat, especially if done nice and gently... The backing adhesive just kind of stretches, clings for a bit then gently starts to release itself fromt the grip of the paint. I had an odd mark leftover which was on top of one of the strips, but didn't get the same on the other side, so put it down to a defect at source, not as a result of me being careless with the removal. :)

The rubbing strips come off easily, just ease off the corner with a little heat, and rub some strong nylon fishing line behind to pry them off, and if you pull carefully all of the trim tape they are stuck on with comes off! I did mine last summer and they look great. Took about 10 mins max, any sticky stuff left comes off with a bit of rubbing, and wax to bring up to a nice shine...

P.S: It helps not to park too close to tw*ts in shopping centres, etc...

It's OK to write 'twits' :D

n e one got n e pics of a black furby with no side strips?

This will give you an idea.

cheers  I dont think its worth doing it on a black furby though - not worth the risk of a ding in the door :(
