Been away from briskoda for a while, but I've returned to the fold with a Mk1 Octavia VRS.

It's good to be back!

I have a little tech question: My full throttle boost seems to fluc****e on and off. Boost, less, boost, less each second. Is this a well known problem?

Welcome back and yes boost stutter can be a common problem. When it's at full throttle it may well be your N75 valve or your Diverter Valve.

But before that check all breather hoses and if possible get the car scanned for any logged faults.
