Low battery warning

Featured Replies

Hi.

I have just completed a trip away which required two of us living in the Yeti for 3 days, so some lights and radio but not much else. Towards the end of the time the radio started to auto shutdown earlier and the interior lights would only come on with the ignition, as would the radio. I then caught a message on the radio display saying 'Battery low, system shutdown' (or similar, I can't remember the actual words).

The Yeti obviously has monitoring to protect the battery (although I think this was a bit pessimistic as the drain could not have been too much). It started with no problems.

Has anyone heard of this feature? And what else is hidden away in the Yeti's brain?

John

Maybe it had something to do with the 2 people living in it !!

No need for a TV appearance - we're brothers and were at Le Mans for the 24 hour race.
