Anyone know of any jobs going for a fabricator/welder

Just been informed that in 30 days my full company is being laid off... niceeeee.

Anyway, if anyone knows of any companies looking for fabricator/welders Coded up to 4F EN standard in bare wire MIG and experienced in MIG, MMA & TIG with steel, stainless & cast iron give me a shout

Is there any chance they will get you coded for stainless (5F, 6F) as part of the layoff. That would give you a better chance.

I was meant to go back at a later date to do the rest of my codings as my current ones are all fillet welds and i was meant to go back and get coded up to 6G but doubt that will happen as all training courses have been cancelled now, I haven't been there 2 years either so I'm not entitled to any redundancy money anyway, what a pain! I'll ask the question though always worth trying! Thanks

Corbie, up your way Brenda Road a firm called Newbridge, think they have a high turn over, but are about to start a decent sized contract. I know that because we do the Galvanizing and will start collecting a fair few TON shortly.
