Hi all. Does anyone have any early thoughts or experience of the new Citgo? My wife's three year old Chevrolet Aveo is due for change and the Citigo is on the list of possibles. Top of the list is actually a Citroen DS3 closely followed by a two tone Fabia but they're a bit more than she's looking to pay....

The Citigo is a cracking little car -we've ordered one after looking at the competition, however I wouldn't say that it was the cheapest, certainly the some of the offers on the Fabia make it possibly a slightly cheaper option than the Citigo depending on what model you want and what your finance requirements are.

I suggest you do some test driving and weigh up the pros and cons. Obviously the Citigo is a brand new model with all new engines etc and has yet to be proven, the others have been out a while so their strengths and weaknesses are more known.

I work for Vw and the up is selling like hot cakes, as far as problems with them we have had 3 back with gearbox faults but have not been diagnosed yet.

Go take a look at one. We did amd loved it. I hate small cars but it's the only one I really like, so one will be on order next week.
