Is it just me, or is the main beam engaging sound quiet loud?

On my MK1 1.2 fabia, is was quiet, but on my new vRS it's seems really loud for what it is?

Noticed this myself, it is very loud

If you've got the black pack lights it will be the sound of the main beam shutter activating. Most Fabia's have separate bulbs for dip and full beam, rather than the single projector units with cut off shutter in the Monte Carlo's and the black pack VRS's.

I've got the black pack but it looks like I've got 2 sets of bulbs on each side (+ indicators)?

You'll have the main projector light, the indicators and the side light bulbs (which aren't wired up in the VRS) on each side:-

The earlier mk2 VRS's (with the chrome lights) uses a separate H7 bulb for high beam alongside the projector for dip beam:-

As said its just the shutter flicking up & down
