Cupra R Splitter, How Does It Look?

Featured Replies

Was recommended this by a fellow member, and aside from it being quite pricey i like the look.

Took a bit of a chop to meet angles of bumper but got there. The mark on the side piece is water as i had just washed it

on ebay they are £45 + £8 postage. But if you go to seat dealer, the OEM part brand new is £41.05p so thats what i did, thanks by the way.... I like it, quite subtle but still makes a big difference

Cheers for the opinions thus far

Jeez these have gone up in price! Paid £28 for mine from tps (a year or so ago).

thankyou sir

Had one on my VRS for years and removed as got fed up catching it on low curbs and speed bumps. Now actually like car without it. Funny how you change your mind

Looks good on your car though

Ah, but the vRS naturally has a Jay Leno chin. Us lot with our Ambients, Elegances and L&Ks have to beef up the slightly dainty front end...

the actual overall shape of the octy1 non vrs is very upwards sloping underneath and down on top......... like an old austin princess

Now get a profile pic of the chinless octy and you may just see what I mean

It is a hideous attempt at car building by the brits eh? I had one just for tots and giggles, it was as one should be wildly unsafe to drive

Agree which is why I stated it looks good on the car in pic.... and better than the lower sitting VRS.

£45 in uk mate :wonder:

£18 when i bought mine 3+ years ago but Seat must of cottoned on to the popularity as £40+ now.

It looks terrible unless you have a leon cupra r!

Its the new laguna splitter! Which i had on a corsa b which is not a good look!

I have a leon fr tdi (cupra bumpers) and still dont want one :)

I'm more like a red neck if you like and I like it :)

Here are not so popular,so the price is still right
